* [CentOS CI denied us](

to too few hardware resources
    * Agreed: follow up with rchan about any available hardware resources.
    * Agreed: Pursue AWS instances called from GHA.

    * we won't use self hosted runners, we will be using GHA runners, that
call out to AWS instances.
    * We still need to be mindful of security for our to-be-created AWS
credentials being used to create the instances.
