Cobbler[1] is used exclusively for provisioning systems, so I don't
think it would matter that much. Uyuni[2] (which is a fork of
Spacewalk that is actively developed and maintained) would have the
same usage model as Satellite/Foreman+Katello. I'm not exactly sure
what Foreman+Katello's requirements are from Pulp, but Spacewalk/Uyuni
would have the same ones, since it serves the same function.
