[Pulp-dev] RBAC: PoC Available and Review/Discussion Meeting Setup

The Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Proof of Concept (PoC) is ready for
review and feedback. Below are links to pulpcore and pulp_file parts, along
with a bonus ldap integration PR too.

* The pulpcore code right now is minimal, only enabling django-guardian as
a dependency and enabling django admin [0]
* The bulk of the PoC is in pulp_file [1]
* Not at all required, but here's a demonstration of loading users, group,
and group membership from ldap [2]

I'm going to host a demo and discussion of this functionality to ask for
feedback. Invite details are below. It will be recorded and available on
the Pulp YouTube channel in case you want to watch later. I'll send a link
to this thread.
