[Pulp-dev] pulpcore 3.8.0 release timeline & go/no-go irc meeting

No blocking items for pulpcore and pulp_installer 3.8.0 release were
identified at the meeting today.
The tentative GA date is still October 20th.

In case any new issues come up, a quick sync-up before the release will
take place in #pulp-meeting at the time below:
