[Pulp-dev] pulpcore 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 are Generally Available

I discovered this issue with 3.6.2 (and prior) that prevents proper 
operation: https://pulp.plan.io/issues/7450

Would it be possible to get a 3.6.3 i near term?
