[Pulp-dev] Docs Day September 17

Folks,
our tentative release date for 3.7 is on September 22nd.

Docs day is scheduled on September 17th, several days before the target
release date. This gives us some time to update and improve docs.

Note that PulpCon will happen in parallel meaning that folks will be quite
busy, however let's try to dedicate couple of hours to the Docs.
