[Pulp-dev] Content management and disk space clean-up

These bugs are not related to content management, but they are related to
disk space (not being released)

4.  Temporary artifacts not always cleaned up
5.  Disk usage during sink https://pulp.plan.io/issues/8295
6.  Worker directories not always cleaned up
