I don't think I've seen that exact error - but I think we've all been
having to restart CI jobs when GHA failed for transient problems.

I think we're in a better place having moved to GHA than we were with
Travis - but there's definitely been a lot of instability the last week or
so there.

I don't have any solutions, alas - only sympathy and solidarity with you
for the problem :( .
