    * error when pulpcore-worker tries to do an outgoing connection to
ephemeral_port_t
        * Probably pre-worker-change pulpcore-worker trying to connect to
redis
    * https://pulp.plan.io/issues/9450
        * We'll ask for clarification on setup. Like is squid (caching
proxy) on the same machine or a different?
        * Pulp/Django itself does caching.
