* Difficulty fixing CI for vagrant "powertools"/"PowerTools" issue
    * difficulty uploading the package to PPA from Fedora
    * I can probably upload it easily from an existing ubuntu VM I have,
that's what I did in the past
    * Considering dropping the CI for vagrant
    * fao89 & mikedep333 agreed: Let's finally drop the CI for vagrant
* Division of responsibilities due to large amount of pulp_installer work:
    * fao89 primarily resonds to user requests, mike secondary
    * mikedep333 handles stakeholder requests
    * rationale: stakeholder requests are generally far more complex
* Mike to focus on remaining SELinux issues, [Satellite QE reports](
https://github.com/pulp/pulp_installer/pull/748) they are blocked by them
    * Mike to also reach out to swadeley
