[Pulp-list] Notice: pulp .config files changed

Hi All,

I just pushed changes in messaging to support SSL to the QPID broker.  They include 
changes to pulp.conf and client.conf.  If you are running with the .conf files linked to 
your git checkout, you have nothing to do.  If not, you may need to update them.  Use the 
files in your git checkout as a guide.  I'm leaving the default (for now) as non-SSL for 
now so you wont need to change your /etc/qpidd.conf or have the certificates (and 
certificate databases) in place.
