Good point.  We could certainly leverage what's been done in rhui-tools; 
as it would fit things nicely.  As far as scale, I am expecting it to be:

1. I want to remove a few (<10)

or

2. I only want a few (<10)

This is why I suggested two types (blacklist and whitelist).
