[Pulp-list] Unit Test Suggestion

The test_api.py tests all use "some-id" as the repo name. Since the
tests can result in data in the database and/or files created on disk,
it might be easier to debug if each test used the test name as a prefix
to the repo name:


def test_create(self):
  self.rapi.create('test_create_repo', ...
