Jason Connor added pulp-dev.py in the root of the pulp codebase. This
will take care of "installing" the git checkout of pulp on your system
(i.e. symlinking all of the necessary files for apache to run into the
git checkout). It's got an uninstall option too. Very handy stuff.

I added to it to create the link between apache and pulp. So after
running that, you should be able to see your repos at:
http://localhost/pub/<repo-name>
