[Pulp-list] Client changes pushed

I just pushed my client changes, so expect them the next time you pull master.
I tested a lot of stuff out, but I'm sure I probably missed something, so
please hollar when you see issues.

You'll need to re-run pulp-dev.py to get the config changes and binaries
setup on your development system.  

The user guide/wiki is not yet updated, I'll be working on that today.
