[Pulp-list] Event configuration

All,

I added the following to the pulp.conf:

# AMQP event processing
#
[events]
send_enabled: 1
recv_enabled: 1

to control when pulp send/receives AMQP data synchronization events.  This can be used to 
disable sending events during unit tests.
