That's the interval at which the agent sends across the consumer's
package profile to the server. Default is every 4 hours. Seems to me
it's fine in the [server] section.

[server] section for communication/actions directed from
client-to-server (i.e. package profile updates)
[client] section for communication directed from server-to-client (i.e.
time to wait for remote reboot requests)

My $0.02.
