[Pulp-list] Repo file consolidation

If you were previously using the testing-pulp.repo or
testing-rhel-pulp.repo files, they have been removed.

There is now a single repo file for each platform (i.e. Fedora v. RHEL5
- -- not sure how RHEL6 will look just yet). That contains the repo
definitions for both the community releases and testing repos, however
the testing repo is disabled by default.

If you want to install the testing build, edit the .repo file and enable
that repo. Then just yum install/update pulp and you're good to go.

I'll be updating the user guide to reflect this soon. Let me know if you
run into any issues.
