This is apparently a side effect of doing the install process for
Katello.  We had to get all of the dependencies for Katello (mostly ruby
gems) in order to use Katello, so the best way to do that was to use the
Katello RPM.  The key is to UNINSTALL the RPM after you grab the git
source.  Thanks to Mike McCune for figuring it out.
