[Pulp-list] pulp agent requires: gofer-package

Those running with git checkout of gofer, need to manually install the plugin:

symlink:

<gofer.git>/src/plugins/package.py -> /usr/lib/gofer/plugins
<gofer.git>/etc/gofer/plugins/package.conf -> /etc/gofer/plugins
