[Pulp-list] Package update errors with test release

Hey Joel,

The /etc/pulp/consumer/consumer.conf has changed slightly since the last community release 
and it looks like the agent is reading a property from a section that does not exist. 
Please merge the consumer.conf.rpmnew.

We probably need to check and report configuration errors better.  I'll get it added to 
our backlog.
