[Pulp-list] Updated pulp-admin bash completion script for v2

I've updated the pulp-admin bash completion script at
platform/etc/bash_completion.d/pulp-admin for the v2 client.  If this is
something you use, please try it out and let me know if you see any issues.

FYI, the large 'case' statement in the script is now automatically generated
given how easy okaara makes it to walk the cli
sections/subsections/commands/options.  I still want to add some polish to the
generation piece, so I'll check that in later.
