Note:
    The consumer certificate (bundle) moved:
    from:
       /etc/pki/consumer/pulp/cert.pem
    to:
       /etc/pki/pulp/consumer/cert.pem
    The pulp-consumer (rpm) moves existing certificates during update.
    Users running out of git/pulp-dev need to move it by hand.
