[Pulp-list] File exists error

Hey,

this week we are experiencing undeterministic error when pulp is
reporting on a clean machine

[Errno 17] File exists:
'/var/lib/pulp/published/ks/org_58e6a3c/Library/custom/fewups_product_58e6a3c

obviously its a first synchronization and the directory did not exist
before we started the process. After this error, it exists.

Is there a known error?
