[Pulp-list] QE Build: 0.331

Meant to include this note:

As of 0.331, the /etc/init.d/pulp-server script has been eliminated. 
See: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=859124

After pulp server upgrade, administrators should:

  1. Run pulp-migrate
  2. Restart httpd
