[Pulp-list] Find dependency list and do parallel installation

Hello,

 how do i get deplist ? in doc it has option pulp-admin package deplist ..but in new pulp version 
 i dont find this option 

also is there any option using which i can install package on multiple sysytems, without creating consumer group or i can install multiple packages on system without creating package group.
