Sounds right. Plus you can leverage all the goodness of Pulp (and
Katello) like creating environments and promoting the content there.
That is the strongest use case I see (admitting I am a Katello dev).

Well there is more you can do with Pulp like searching, filtering,
protecting access and other things.
