[Pulp-list] [deve] 2.4.1-0.2.alpha published

I have built 2.4.1-0.2.alpha and published it into our testing
repository[0].

This build is not based on the 2.4.1-0.1 tag that was published
recently, as the scope of 2.4.1 has been significantly lessened.
Therefore, this build is intentionally missing many commits that were
present in the 2.4.1-0.1.alpha build. The Pulp teams plans to
reintroduce those fixes in a future build, after 2.4.1 is released.

I will now run our automated QE test suite against this build, and I
will report back about how it did.
