[Pulp-list] unable to remove rpm

Hi Alex,

How did this RPM get into the repository? Pulp doesn't allow the removal 
of sync'd units, so if that's how it got there you won't be able to 
remove it. This restriction will be removed with the upcoming 2.4 release.
