I updated pulp-dev.py to copy the consumer.conf like it copies the server.conf. This supports custom consumer properties in the development environment. After pulling master, I suggest removing the existing symlink by hand instead of running 'pulp-dev.py -U' because that will remove your certificates. Then, run 'pulp-dev.py -I' get the copy goodness.
