'master' docs for pulp, pulp_rpm, pulp_puppet, pulp_docker, pulp_ostree are available at the URLs below. These contain the consolidated user and dev guides as one set of documentation that rbarlow put together recently.

http://pulp.readthedocs.org/en/latest/
http://pulp-rpm.readthedocs.org/en/latest/
http://pulp-puppet.readthedocs.org/en/latest/
http://pulp-docker.readthedocs.org/en/latest/
http://pulp-ostree.readthedocs.org/en/latest/

The old builders are staying around for legacy docs purposes. Currently their builds are not passing, but we have a workaround planned. I should have them fixed tomorrow with little effort.
