[Pulp-list] local forge repo and untrusted ssl certificate

Hello,

When trying to create a local forge repo from our gitlab repos, I get the
following error:

pulp-puppet-module-builder --url=
https://v-git-op-01.company.net/test_module.git -o ../modules
cd /opt/puppet
git clone --recursive https://v-git-op-01.company.net/test_module.git
fatal: unable to access ' https://v-git-op-01.company.net/test_module.git':
Peer's certificate issuer has been marked as not trusted by the user.

Is there a way to fix this without adding the certificate to the systems
ca-certificates?

Something to add in the pulp conf files?
