[Pulp-list] Missing resource(s)

I thought of another way this could happen. Are you using Mongo replica
sets? If so, and the task worker queried a different mongo instance than
the one the web server had written to, and did so before the replication
propagated to all the mongo hosts, I believe this condition could occur.
