[Pulp-list] sync puppet local repo from other machine then server

Hello,

We have pulp installed on machine X and gitlab installed on machine Y.

We would like to create the local forge repo on machine Y (as we keep all
puppet modules there) and sync it in the pulp server.

Is this possible?
