[Pulp-list] v2.4 Upgrade issues

I just updated from 2.3 to 2.4.1 and ran into a few issues.

First issue I hit was the pulp-manage-db command fails.  Below is the
output.  I am unsure how to debug this.

Second issue is it seems the paths to my repos has changed so now I'm
unable to browse them via HTTP.

/var/www/pub/http/repos/ contains all the repositories I setup for use
with HTTP, and /var/www/pub/https/repos/ for HTTPS but it seems that
the apache configs now want to use /var/www/pub/yum for those paths.
Is it safe to just move the http and https folders into the "yum"
directory?  I see no mention of this in the release notes so not sure
what's expected.
