[Pulp-list] Pulp repository - sync auto scheduling

We use
<https://github.com/FILIADATAGmbH/puppet-pulp/blob/master/manifests/repo.pp#L165>
with '2014-01-16T21:00Z/P1D' as schedule plan to let pulp sync a repo
every evening at 9pm.
