[Pulp-list] RHEL 7 new install, setting up DB

Good Afternoon All,
So I'm working on a new install on RHEL 7, got everything installed, but
when I try to go run the following:
sudo -u apache pulp-manage-db

I'm receiving the following error below, specifically issues with
qpidtoollibs, which per the docs I do have the right packages installed...
So I'm kinda wondering where to go from here and how do I troubleshoot
this? Is the command looking for a specific lib or bin that may be
different or in a new directory in RHEL 7?
Thanks!
Jason
