Hello Pulp devs!

I've just merged a PR[0] against Pulp that changes the name of the
Vagrant box that gets built when you type "vagrant up". Due to some
funny business, you probably won't be able to destroy your old box
(with the old name) unless you type "vagrant destroy" while on an old
enough commit such that it doesn't have the new Vagrantfile. Also,
this same pull request now uses Ansible to do some of the
provisioning. Thus, Vagrant users are recommended to:

0) Before git pulling, type "vagrant destroy" to delete your old VM.

1) git pull

2) sudo yum/dnf install ansible

3) vagrant up
