[Pulp-list] [devel] Deleting "x.y-testing" branches

The Pulp project's branching strategy is being simplified [0], and the
x.y-testing branches are no longer needed. All x.y-testing branches
will be deleted on Friday Oct 23rd from all pulp repos [1].

Currently, there are no open pull requests against any x.y-testing
branches. If you are planning to open a pull request against
x.y-testing, please target x.y-dev instead.
