This beta release has been accepted as a Release Candidate by our testing team,
and upgrade testing from earlier releases of Pulp has begun.

Given a minimum of one week in the Release Candidate stage to allow for upgrade
testing, the earliest possible date for 2.11.0 to become generally available is
Monday, December 12.
