[Pulp-list] latest pulp and ostree

Hi Salvatore, Yes I believe the rollback issues are resolved and
upgrading/installing 2.10.3 (current latest GA) is stable and safe. As I
understand it, 2.10.3 does have the sync functionality of OSTree working.
I've heard that it works from a few people via IRC also. I recommend a
fresh install of 2.10.3 and giving the OSTree plugin[0] a try.
