[Pulp-list] Exception creating ISO repo

I *hadn't* but you still solved it.  There is a file
/etc/pulp/server/plugins.conf.d/iso_importer.json.  It contains the
following:

    "proxy_host": "",

    "proxy_port": null,

    "proxy_username": "",
    "proxy_password": ""
}

Renaming this file to iso_importer.json.BAK solves the problem.  Thanks!
