[Pulp-list] Error passing errata , Fail to update the existing erratum FEDORA-EPEL-2015-7023.

Now getting the error with FEDORA-EPEL-2014-4703.

Could not parse errata `updated` field: expected format '%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S'.
Fail to update the existing erratum FEDORA-EPEL-2014-4703.

This is when trying to sync redhat 7 EPEL
