[Pulp-list] Pulp will not sync RPM files hosted using "packagecloud"

I recall seeing some discussion about Pulp and "packagecloud" before
but I don't think there was any satisfactory resolution.  Anyway, it
is definitely still an issue and as various companies and projects are
starting to use packagecloud for their public yum repos, it should
probably be looked at.  I've filed a bug report here:
