[Pulp-list] Error passing errata , Fail to update the existing erratum FEDORA-EPEL-2015-7023.

I just ran into this on a RHEL erratum today:

Task Failed

Could not parse errata `updated` field: expected format '%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S'.
Fail to update the existing erratum RHBA-2014:1261.
