[Pulp-list] what happens on consumers when a repo is updated

Hey EJ,

Nothing happens on consumers when a repository is published.  Pulp relies on yum/dnf to detect the changed
content.  However, the pulp.repo file is updated as part of consumer bind operations.  Does this help?
