[Pulp-list] Updating pulp-consumer command on consumers

Hi Lutchy

I ended up mirroring pulp-2-stable repo and adding it to all consumers. My
pulp CA cert is broken now, so I cannot show how I did it, but it should
not be harder then mirroring any other repo
