[Pulp-list] still having trouble syncing repos

My pulp server was running 2.7 and started getting errors saying that it couldn't access the metadata files. I upgraded to 2.10 but the problem still exists.  Using curl, I can pull back the repodata files from url Index of /repos/pulp/pulp/stable/2.10/6Server/x86_64/repodata . I used tcpdump while trying to sync to confirm that I am actually able to access this site and I am, but I'm getting an error.  I can see the following:


So they are talking to each other and then this Alert (Level: Fatal, Description: Unknown CA) pops up.  has anyone else seen this?
