[Pulp-list] Adding Detail to Pulp3 Minimum Viable Product (live sessions)

We've swapped the April 18 and 25 topics so that we can try to nail down
the Download API use cases earlier. Here are the revised topics+dates:

Download API - April 18*, **
Plugin API - April 25*
Upload & Copy - May 2
Orphans - May 9

* The user in these discussions are plugin writers, so having plugin
writers join would be especially useful
