@all, This should not affect any users running normal dependencies on a
distribution Pulp supports because the highest version available on
supported distributions is Django 1.9, which Pulp is still compatible with.

Also FYI, anyone can "watch" a bug using the "watch" button to receive
updates as a fix progresses.
